Can we take photos?
You are welcome to take photos for personal use during the tour. No video or audio recording is permitted. No professional photography.
What is the duration of the tour?
Plan on two hours and fifteen minutes. Most tours run between two hour and two hours and fifteen minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the tour and receive a full refund.
Is the route hilly or difficult to walk?
The route is mostly flat, but city streets and sidewalks can be uneven and challenging on any day. We will walk approximately 1.5 miles on the tour.
What if it rains or snows?
Tours go on rain or shine. The only exception is thunder and lightning or icy conditions. If we cannot complete the tour due to severe weather, you can rebook for no charge or receive a refund.
